Placing an order
You can place an order online, by post, fax, telephone and email. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you must ensure that you are authorised to make the purchase.

Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that all the contents of our books/reports are accurately described in promotional literature and on our website.

Payment Options
Payment can be made in the following ways:
  • Cheque - Cheques should be made out in £ Sterling for the full amount and made payable to Urch Publishing Ltd


  • Bank Transfer - Transfer in £ Sterling can be made directly to our bank account. Please quote:

  • International Money Orders - in £ Sterling.


  • Credit Cards - we accept American Express, Diners, MasterCard and Visa. Payments are in Pounds Sterling Only. Exchange rates used are those currently in force at the bank.
  • Payment Terms
    Urch Publishing can issue an invoice at its own discretion which will be enclosed with the goods. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. After this period Urch, may, at its discretion, add interest of 2% to the final total. In cases where Urch will not invoice, payment must be received, in full, before the goods are despatched.

    Debit / Credit Card Security for online transactions
    Debit / Credit cards are processed by WorldPay Ltd.

    Tax and duties (VAT)
    The customer is fully responsible for local taxes and import duties. VAT (Value Added Tax) does not apply to printed books / reports. EU customers that are VAT registered must supply their VAT number to comply with EU rules.

    Goods Sold
    Goods sold by Urch Publishing shall remain the property of Urch Publishing Ltd until paid for, in full, by the buyer.

    Delivery & Invoicing Address
    Urch shall assume that the delivery address for the goods is the same as the billing address unless it is clearly indicated otherwise.

    Delivery
    Within 24 hours of receiving an order Urch Publishing will endeavour to despatch your order and confirm this by phone, fax or email. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, Urch Publishing will try to ensure that the best carrier for speedy delivery is used.

    Guarantee of Delivery Quality
    We cannot guarantee that the goods ordered arrive in perfect condition. In the case of damaged goods, it is at Urch Publishing's discretion whether a replacement product is supplied at no extra cost to the customer.

    Returns Policy
    Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Urch will not accept returns unless the goods are physically damaged.

    Copyright and Reproduction
    Urch Publishing owns the copyright and publication rights to all its books and reports. Urch does not allow any reproduction of the material contained within any book without express permission being granted, except in cases where the material is used solely in internal reports and presentations in the course of business. In such cases all material must be clearly sourced to Urch Publishing. Under no circumstances is any purchaser of an Urch book or report licensed to resell or repackage or sell data with our prior written consent.
