Wherever possible, telephone, fax, tollfree numbers, e-mail and Internet addresses, and complete mailing addresses are included for each manufacturer. Under each manufacturer’s entry is an alphabetical listing of their trade name products. Each product entry includes: chemical composition (if not proprietary), CAS numbers (if there is only one major ingredient), and a brief summary of functions and applications. These functional descriptions are not meant to cover every possible attribute and industrial application area. They can, however, serve as a tool for preliminary research about the product. Distributors of trade name products are also listed in this section with complete descriptions of the products that they distribute. Distributors are identified with a † following their names Part II—Trade Name to Manufacturer Cross-Reference provides a trade name cross-reference which refers the user back to the manufacturer and/or distributor found in Part I. This cross-reference assists the user in locating information about the product when only the trade name or trade name prefix is known.
