Analyst for the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region
Job description
URCH Publishing is a growing publisher of business intelligence information for the biopharmaceutical industry. As part of its expansion plans, the firm requires a keen individual to monitor, analyse and write about the pharmaceutical markets of the MENA region.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with local stakeholders to gather information
- Desk research on local websites
- Build a database of local news
- Interpret economic figures, recent news to build likely business impact
- Produce country reports on MENA markets
- Provide business intelligence on major local players
Key skills:
- Fluency in French and Arabic highly essential
- Understanding of the MENA economics and politics
- Degree in business studies / economics required, an MSc advantageous
- High standard of business english
- High standard of IT skills
- Previous experience in a research role desirable
Type of person:

- Team player plus ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills
Salary:
£18-£24k pa depending on experience
